We sell pet accessories through our online store. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. All product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from actual items.

3. Ordering & Payment

•        Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

•        We accept credit/debit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay

•        Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice

•        We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (full refund will be issued)

4. Shipping

We ship within the UAE and to select GCC countries. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds
