At PetsOnlyGCC, we evaluate return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases of pet accessories.
Eligibility for Returns
To be considered for a return or refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Items returned without prior approval from our team
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@petsonlygcc.com with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
How to Request a Return
• Email us at support@petsonlygcc.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
• If approved, we will provide return instructions
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card or Apple Pay / Google Pay) within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
