Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

•        United Arab Emirates (UAE) — all emirates

•        GCC Countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

•        UAE: 9–15 business days

•        GCC Countries: 9–15 business days (may vary by destination)

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for GCC shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delays & Issues
